Thank you for shopping with Under the Shade Designs! Each order is carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in Canada.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within Canada only.
Processing Time
All of our products are handmade, so please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on Canada Post and your location.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on the total value of your order:
- Orders up to $39.99: $5.00 shipping
- Orders from $40.00–$74.99: $8.00 shipping
- Orders of $75.00 or more: Free shipping
Orders are shipped through Canada Post and are untracked.
Multiple Items
If you purchase multiple items in the same order, they will be packaged together whenever possible. Your shipping rate is based on the total value of your order, as outlined above.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of Canada Post. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you have another issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
